1. Platform Overview and System Requirements

What Is A-Trader?

A-Trader is Rev One Trading's proprietary web-based platform designed for the simulated forex trading environment. It runs entirely in your web browser -- there is no desktop application to install and no mobile app to download. A-Trader provides professional-grade charting, order management, and analytics tools, all accessible from any device with a modern web browser and an internet connection.

2. Logging In and Account Selection

Receiving Your Credentials

After purchasing a Rev One Forex Instant Funded account and completing KYC verification, you will receive an email containing:

Your A-Trader username
Your A-Trader password
The A-Trader platform URL

These credentials are separate from your Rev One dashboard login credentials. Keep them secure and do not share them with anyone.

Step-by-Step Login Process:

Open your preferred web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari)
Navigate to the A-Trader platform URL provided in your welcome email
On the login screen, enter your username in the "Username" field
Enter your password in the "Password" field
Click the "Log In" button
The platform will load and display the default workspace

Account Selection:

If you have multiple Rev One Forex accounts, you can switch between them using the account switcher:

Look for the account selector in the top toolbar area of the platform
Click on the account selector dropdown
A list of all your active simulated accounts will appear
Each account displays its account number, product type (EOD Trailing, Intraday Trailing, or Static), and account size
Click on the account you wish to trade on
The platform will reload with the selected account's data, positions, and settings
Confirm the correct account is selected by checking the account information displayed in the toolbar

Important Login Notes:

If you enter incorrect credentials three times, your account may be temporarily locked. Wait 15 minutes before trying again, or contact support.
Always log out when you are finished trading, especially on shared computers.
Your session may expire after a period of inactivity. If this happens, simply log in again.
Browser cookies must be enabled for the login to function properly.
If you forget your password, use the password reset option on the login screen or contact Rev One support.

3. Interface Layout

When you first log in to A-Trader, the platform displays a default workspace layout. Understanding the main areas of the interface is essential for efficient trading.

Market Watch Panel:

Located on the left side of the screen by default, the Market Watch panel shows:

Instrument symbols (e.g., EUR/USD, GBP/USD, XAUUSD)
Real-time bid and ask prices
Spread for each instrument
Daily change (points and percentage)
Daily high and low

You can resize, move, or detach this panel.

Chart Area:

The central and largest area of the platform is dedicated to charts. By default, a single chart is displayed, but you can configure multi-chart layouts (2x1, 2x2, 3x2, etc.) to view multiple instruments or timeframes simultaneously.

Each chart includes:

Price display (candlestick, bar, line, Heikin Ashi, or Renko)
Time axis (horizontal) and price axis (vertical)
Chart toolbar for quick access to chart type, timeframe, indicators, and drawing tools
Right-click context menu for additional options

Order Panel:

The order panel can appear as a sidebar on the right side of the screen or as a floating window. It contains:

Positions Panel:

Resizing and Rearranging:

All panels in A-Trader can be:

Resized by dragging panel borders
Moved to different positions within the workspace
Detached into floating windows
Collapsed or hidden entirely
Restored to default positions via the workspace reset option

4. Market Watch / Watchlist

The Market Watch panel is your real-time window into all available instruments on the A-Trader platform. It displays streaming bid/ask prices, spreads, and daily statistics for the instruments you select.

Adding Instruments to the Watchlist:

Right-click anywhere in the Market Watch panel
Select "Add Symbol" or "Add Instrument" from the context menu
A search dialog will appear
Type the instrument name or symbol (e.g., "EUR" to find EUR/USD, EUR/GBP, etc.)
Click on the instrument to add it to your watchlist
The instrument will appear in the Market Watch panel with real-time quotes

Removing Instruments from the Watchlist:

Right-click on the instrument you want to remove

Organizing the Watchlist:

Drag and Drop -- Click and drag instruments to reorder them in your preferred sequence
Groups -- Create custom groups (e.g., "Majors," "Gold & Silver," "Indices") to organize instruments by category
Sort -- Click on column headers (Symbol, Bid, Ask, Spread, Change) to sort the watchlist

Saving Your Watchlist:

Your watchlist configuration is saved automatically as part of your workspace layout. If you save a custom workspace, your watchlist arrangement will be preserved.

5. Charting

A-Trader provides professional-grade charting capabilities. The chart area is the central component of the platform and provides extensive customization options.

Chart Types:

Chart Type	Description
Candlestick	Shows open, high, low, and close prices. The most popular chart type for technical analysis. Green (or hollow) candles indicate price increase; red (or filled) candles indicate price decrease.
Bar (OHLC)	Shows open, high, low, and close as a vertical bar with horizontal ticks. Left tick = open, right tick = close.
Line	Connects closing prices with a continuous line. Simple and clean view of price direction.
Heikin Ashi	Modified candlesticks that use averaged values to filter out noise and more clearly show trends.
Renko	Fixed-size bricks that form only when price moves a specified amount. Ignores time; focuses purely on price movement.

To change the chart type:

Click the chart type selector in the chart toolbar (typically shown as a candlestick icon)
Select your preferred chart type from the dropdown menu
The chart will immediately update to the new type

To change the timeframe:

Click the timeframe selector in the chart toolbar

Zoom In/Out -- Use mouse scroll wheel to zoom in and out on the time axis
Pan/Scroll -- Click and drag on the chart background to scroll left (historical data) or right (recent data)
Price Scale -- Click and drag on the price axis (right side) to adjust the vertical scale
Auto-Scale -- Double-click the price axis to auto-fit the visible price range
Time Scale -- Click and drag on the time axis (bottom) to adjust the horizontal scale
Crosshair -- Move your mouse over the chart to display the crosshair with exact price and time coordinates

Multi-Chart Layouts:

A-Trader supports multiple charts displayed simultaneously in a grid layout:

Charts can be linked by symbol (changing the symbol on one chart updates all linked charts)

Chart Templates:

You can save and load chart templates to quickly apply your preferred settings:

Configure a chart with your desired indicators, drawing tools, colors, and settings
Right-click on the chart and select "Save as Template" or use the template manager in the chart toolbar
Give your template a descriptive name (e.g., "Scalping Setup," "Swing Trading," "Gold Analysis")
To load a template, right-click and select "Load Template" or use the template manager

6. Technical Indicators

A-Trader includes 50+ technical indicators organized into four main categories. Indicators are applied directly to charts and can be customized with parameters, colors, and display options.

How to Add an Indicator:

Click the "Indicators" button in the chart toolbar (often shown as "fx" or a waveform icon)
Browse indicators by category or use the search box to find a specific indicator
Click on the indicator name to add it to the current chart
A settings dialog will appear where you can adjust the indicator's parameters
Click "Apply" or "OK" to add the indicator to the chart
The indicator will appear either overlaid on the price chart or in a separate panel below the chart, depending on the indicator type

How to Modify an Indicator:

Click on the indicator name or line on the chart
Select "Settings" or "Edit" from the context menu
Adjust parameters (period, source, color, line style, line width)
Click "Apply" to update

How to Remove an Indicator:

You can add multiple indicators to a single chart. There is no hard limit on the number of indicators per chart, but adding too many may impact performance.

8. Order Panel / Order Entry

The Order Panel is where you place all trades in the A-Trader platform. Understanding order types and how to use the order panel is essential for effective simulated trading.

Accessing the Order Panel:

The Order Panel is visible in the right sidebar by default
You can also open it by right-clicking on the chart and selecting "New Order"
Double-clicking on the Market Watch instrument will also open an order for that instrument
Keyboard shortcut: Press the configured hotkey (default varies) to open the order panel

Order Panel Fields:

Field	Description
Symbol	The instrument you are trading (e.g., EUR/USD). Auto-populated from the active chart or manually selected.
Order Type	Market, Limit, Stop, or Stop-Limit
Direction	Buy or Sell
Volume	Number of lots (e.g., 0.01, 0.10, 1.00, 5.00). Must not exceed lot limits for your account size.
Price	Required for Limit, Stop, and Stop-Limit orders. Not required for Market orders.
Stop Loss (SL)	Optional. The price at which the position will be closed at a loss.
Take Profit (TP)	Optional. The price at which the position will be closed at a profit.
Comment	Optional text note for the order.

Order Types Explained:

Market Order:

A market order is executed immediately at the current best available price.

Buy Market -- Opens a long position at the current ask price
Sell Market -- Opens a short position at the current bid price
Use when you want to enter a position immediately
No price input required -- the order fills at the current market price
Execution is typically instant in the simulated environment

Steps to place a market order:

Select the instrument in the order panel
Set order type to "Market"
Choose Buy or Sell
Enter the volume (lot size)
Optionally set Stop Loss and Take Profit
Click the Buy or Sell button

Limit Order:

A limit order is a pending order to buy below the current price or sell above the current price.

Buy Limit -- Placed below the current ask price. Triggers when price drops to your specified level.
Sell Limit -- Placed above the current bid price. Triggers when price rises to your specified level.
Used when you want to enter at a better price than the current market
The order will only execute if the market reaches your specified price

Steps to place a limit order:

Select the instrument
Set order type to "Limit"
Choose Buy or Sell
Enter the volume
Enter the desired price
Optionally set Stop Loss and Take Profit
Click "Place Order"

Stop Order:

A stop order is a pending order to buy above the current price or sell below the current price.

Buy Stop -- Placed above the current ask price. Triggers when price rises to your specified level.
Sell Stop -- Placed below the current bid price. Triggers when price drops to your specified level.
Used for breakout trading strategies or as protective stops
The order becomes a market order when the specified price is reached

Steps to place a stop order:

Select the instrument
Set order type to "Stop"
Choose Buy or Sell
Enter the volume
Enter the trigger price
Optionally set Stop Loss and Take Profit
Click "Place Order"

Stop-Limit Order:

A stop-limit order combines a stop order with a limit order. When the stop price is reached, a limit order is placed instead of a market order.

Buy Stop-Limit -- When the stop price is reached, a buy limit order is placed at the specified limit price
Sell Stop-Limit -- When the stop price is reached, a sell limit order is placed at the specified limit price
Provides more control over execution price than a simple stop order
Risk: If the market moves past your limit price quickly, the order may not fill

Steps to place a stop-limit order:

Select the instrument
Set order type to "Stop-Limit"
Choose Buy or Sell
Enter the volume
Enter the stop (trigger) price
Enter the limit price
Optionally set Stop Loss and Take Profit
Click "Place Order"

Bracket / OCO Orders (One Cancels Other):

A bracket order attaches both a Stop Loss and a Take Profit to a position. When one is triggered, the other is automatically canceled.

Available when placing any order by filling in both SL and TP fields
When the position is opened, the SL and TP orders are automatically placed
If the SL is hit, the TP is canceled (and vice versa)
Ensures you have defined risk and reward for every trade

Steps to place a bracket order:

Set up any order type (Market, Limit, Stop, or Stop-Limit)
Enter a Stop Loss price in the SL field
Enter a Take Profit price in the TP field
Place the order
Both protective orders will be active once the position is opened

Modifying an Existing Order:

Locate the order in the Pending Orders tab of the Positions Panel
Double-click on the order, or right-click and select "Modify Order"
Adjust the price, volume, SL, TP, or other parameters
Click "Modify" to save changes

You can also modify orders directly on the chart by dragging the order level line up or down.

Canceling an Order:

Locate the order in the Pending Orders tab
Right-click on the order and select "Cancel Order"
Confirm the cancellation
Alternatively, click the "X" button next to the order in the pending orders list

9. One-Click Trading

One-click trading is a feature that allows you to place market orders with a single click, bypassing the confirmation dialog. This is designed for traders who need rapid execution.

How to Enable One-Click Trading:

Go to Settings (gear icon in the top toolbar)
Navigate to the "Trading" section
Find the "One-Click Trading" toggle
Enable the toggle
Read and accept the risk acknowledgment (one-click trading removes the confirmation step, so orders are placed immediately)
Click "Accept" or "Confirm"

Alternatively, you can enable one-click trading from the chart toolbar or order panel, where a one-click toggle button may be available.

How One-Click Trading Works:

When one-click trading is enabled:

A compact trading panel appears on the chart (typically in the top-left corner)
The panel shows: current bid price, ask price, and a volume input
Click the "Buy" button to immediately place a buy market order at the current ask price
Click the "Sell" button to immediately place a sell market order at the current bid price
No confirmation dialog is shown -- the order is placed instantly

One-Click Trading Panel Fields:

Field	Description
Volume	The lot size for the trade. Adjust before clicking Buy or Sell.
Buy Button (Ask)	Shows the current ask price. Click to instantly open a long position.
Sell Button (Bid)	Shows the current bid price. Click to instantly open a short position.
Spread	Displays the current spread between bid and ask.

Safety Considerations:

One-click trading removes the order confirmation step. Accidental clicks will result in executed orders.
Always verify the correct volume is set before clicking Buy or Sell.
Ensure you are on the correct instrument before placing a one-click trade.
You can disable one-click trading at any time by toggling it off in settings or the trading panel.
Consider setting a default Stop Loss and Take Profit in your trading settings so that every one-click order automatically includes protective levels.
If you accidentally open a position, you can close it immediately from the Positions Panel.

Best Practices:

Start with a small default volume until you are comfortable with the feature
Use one-click trading for scalping and fast-paced strategies where speed is critical
Combine one-click trading with predefined SL/TP values for automatic risk management
Disable one-click trading when you are done actively trading to prevent accidental orders

10. Depth of Market (DOM)

The Depth of Market (DOM), also known as the order book or Level 2 data, shows the available bid and ask prices and their associated volumes at different price levels. It provides a visual representation of market liquidity and can be used for order placement.

What DOM Shows:

Column	Description
Price	Price levels above and below the current market price
Bid Volume	Volume of buy orders at each price level
Ask Volume	Volume of sell orders at each price level
Spread	Highlighted gap between the best bid and best ask price
Last Trade	The most recent trade price and size

How to Open the DOM:

Right-click on a chart and select "Depth of Market" or "DOM"
Alternatively, navigate to the View menu and select "Depth of Market"
You can also use the keyboard shortcut (if configured) to toggle the DOM window
The DOM will open for the instrument currently displayed on the active chart

Reading the DOM:

The DOM is displayed as a vertical ladder with prices arranged from highest to lowest:

Ask side (top) -- Shows sell orders waiting to be filled. Prices above the current market price.
Spread -- The gap between the lowest ask and the highest bid. This is the current spread.
Bid side (bottom) -- Shows buy orders waiting to be filled. Prices below the current market price.
Volume columns -- Show how much volume is available at each price level. Larger volumes indicate stronger support or resistance.

Placing Orders from the DOM:

You can place orders directly from the DOM by clicking on price levels:

Buy Limit -- Click on a price level on the bid side (below current price) to place a buy limit order
Sell Limit -- Click on a price level on the ask side (above current price) to place a sell limit order
Buy Stop -- Click on a price level above the current ask to place a buy stop order
Sell Stop -- Click on a price level below the current bid to place a sell stop order
Market Order -- Click the "Buy at Market" or "Sell at Market" buttons at the center of the DOM

DOM Settings and Customization:

DOM data updates in real-time as market conditions change

11. Position Management

The Position Management panel displays all your currently open simulated positions and provides tools for monitoring, modifying, and closing them.

Accessing the Positions Panel:

The Positions Panel is located at the bottom of the A-Trader interface by default. Click the "Positions" or "Open Positions" tab to view your active positions.

Position Panel Columns:

Column	Description
Symbol	The instrument (e.g., EUR/USD, XAUUSD)
Type	Buy (Long) or Sell (Short)
Volume	Position size in lots
Entry Price	The price at which the position was opened
Current Price	The current market bid (for buy positions) or ask (for sell positions)
Stop Loss	The SL price if set (or "None")
Take Profit	The TP price if set (or "None")
Swap	Overnight swap charges/credits (if applicable)
P&L	Unrealized profit or loss in account currency, updated in real-time
P&L (Pips)	Unrealized profit or loss expressed in pips
Commission	$0 (zero commissions on all Rev One Forex trades)
Comment	Any notes attached to the order
Order ID	Unique identifier for the position
Open Time	Date and time the position was opened

Monitoring Positions:

P&L updates in real-time as market prices change
Positive P&L is typically shown in green; negative P&L in red
The Account Summary tab shows aggregate figures: total equity, used margin, free margin, and unrealized P&L across all open positions

Closing a Position:

Method 1 -- From the Positions Panel:

Locate the position in the Open Positions tab
Click the "X" or "Close" button next to the position
Confirm the close (if one-click trading is not enabled)

Method 2 -- Right-click context menu:

Right-click on the position in the Positions Panel
Select "Close Position"
Confirm the close

Method 3 -- From the chart:

On the chart, the open position is shown as a horizontal line at the entry price
Right-click on the position line
Select "Close Position"

Partial Close:

You can close part of a position while keeping the remainder open:

Right-click on the position in the Positions Panel
Select "Close Partial" or "Modify/Close"
Enter the volume you want to close (e.g., close 0.50 lots of a 1.00 lot position)
Click "Close"
The remaining volume stays open as an active position

Modifying Position SL/TP:

Double-click on the position, or right-click and select "Modify"
Enter a new Stop Loss price and/or Take Profit price
Click "Modify" to save changes
You can also drag the SL or TP lines directly on the chart to adjust them visually

Closing All Positions:

Right-click in the Positions Panel
Select "Close All Positions"
Confirm the action
All open positions will be closed at current market prices

You can also close all positions for a specific symbol:

Right-click on a position
Select "Close All [Symbol]"
All positions for that instrument will be closed

12. Pending Orders Management

Pending orders are orders that have been placed but have not yet been executed. They will execute automatically when the market reaches the specified price.

Viewing Pending Orders:

Click the "Pending Orders" or "Orders" tab in the Positions Panel at the bottom of the screen
All active pending orders will be displayed with their details

Pending Orders Panel Columns:

Modifying a Pending Order:

Locate the order in the Pending Orders tab
Double-click on the order, or right-click and select "Modify Order"
Adjust the price, volume, SL, TP, or expiry time
Click "Modify" to save changes

Chart-based modification:

On the chart, pending orders are shown as horizontal dashed lines at the order price
Click and drag the order line to a new price level
Release to set the new price
Confirm the modification if prompted

Canceling a Pending Order:

Locate the order in the Pending Orders tab
Click the "X" or "Cancel" button next to the order
Confirm the cancellation

Or right-click the order and select "Cancel Order."

Canceling All Pending Orders:

Right-click in the Pending Orders tab
Select "Cancel All Orders"
Confirm the action
All pending orders will be removed

Pending Order Notes:

Pending orders remain active until they are either triggered (executed), canceled manually, or expire (if an expiry time was set)
When a pending order is triggered, it becomes an open position and moves to the Open Positions tab
You can set multiple pending orders at different price levels for the same instrument
Pending orders consume margin when they are close to the current price (depending on platform settings)
All pending orders are visible on the chart as horizontal lines at their respective price levels

13. Trade History and Journal

The Trade History section provides a complete record of all closed simulated trades, allowing you to review your performance and analyze past decisions.

Accessing Trade History:

Click the "History" or "Trade History" tab in the Positions Panel at the bottom of the screen
All completed trades will be displayed chronologically

Trade History Columns:

Close Reason -- Filter by close method (manual, SL, TP, etc.)

Sorting:

Click on any column header to sort the trade history by that column. Click again to reverse the sort order.

Trade Journal Functionality:

A-Trader includes basic journaling capabilities:

Add comments or notes to individual trades for future reference
Use the comment field when placing orders to tag trades (e.g., "breakout strategy," "London session," "news trade")
Review comments later in the trade history to identify which strategies and setups performed best

Performance Summary:

Below the trade history list, A-Trader may display a performance summary for the selected period:

15. Risk Management Tools

A-Trader provides built-in risk management tools to help you protect your simulated account and maintain disciplined trading.

Personal Daily Loss Limit:

A-Trader allows you to set a personal daily loss limit -- a self-imposed maximum amount you are willing to lose in a single trading day. This is separate from the account's official drawdown limits.

How to set a personal daily loss limit:

Navigate to Settings > Risk Management (or the Risk section in the trading panel)
Enter your desired daily loss limit (in account currency or as a percentage of balance)
Enable the feature
When your daily losses reach the specified amount, A-Trader will alert you or restrict further trading for the day (depending on your configuration)

Daily Risk Lock:

The Daily Risk Lock is a feature that activates when certain loss thresholds are approached during a trading day. When triggered, it temporarily restricts trading activity to protect the account from further losses.

Stop Loss and Take Profit:

Always consider setting a Stop Loss on every trade to define your maximum risk per position
Take Profit orders help lock in gains at predetermined levels
Use bracket orders (SL + TP on every trade) for complete risk control

Position Sizing:

Use the order panel volume field to carefully control your position size:

Smaller lot sizes = less risk per trade
Larger lot sizes = more risk per trade
Consider your account's drawdown limit when sizing positions
A common guideline: risk no more than 1-2% of your account balance per trade

Margin Monitoring:

The Account Summary section shows:

Balance -- Account balance before unrealized P&L
Equity -- Balance plus unrealized P&L
Used Margin -- Margin committed to open positions
Free Margin -- Available margin for new trades
Margin Level -- Equity / Used Margin expressed as a percentage

Monitor your margin level to avoid margin calls or automatic position closures.

16. Workspace Layouts

A-Trader supports fully customizable workspace layouts, allowing you to arrange the platform interface to suit your trading style.

What Is a Workspace?

A workspace is a saved arrangement of panels, charts, indicators, and settings within the A-Trader platform. It defines:

Which panels are visible and where they are positioned
Chart layout (single chart, multi-chart grid)
Chart settings per panel (instrument, timeframe, indicators, drawing tools)
Market Watch configuration
Order panel position and settings
Theme and color settings

Default Workspace:

When you first log in, A-Trader displays a default workspace with:

Market Watch on the left
Single chart in the center
Order panel on the right
Positions panel at the bottom

Creating a Custom Workspace:

Arrange all panels, charts, and settings to your preference

Note: Detached panels remain connected to the main A-Trader session. If you close the main browser window, detached panels will also close.

18. Exporting Data

A-Trader allows you to export your trade history to CSV format for external analysis, record-keeping, or tax purposes.

How to Export Trade History:

Navigate to the Trade History tab in the Positions Panel
Set the date range for the trades you want to export (or select "All")
Apply any filters if needed (by symbol, trade type, result, etc.)
Click the "Export" or "Download CSV" button (typically an icon showing a download arrow or spreadsheet)
Choose a save location on your computer
The file will download as a .csv file

19. Troubleshooting

This section covers common issues encountered on the A-Trader platform and their solutions.

Login Problems:

Issue	Solution
"Invalid username or password"	Double-check your credentials from the welcome email. Ensure there are no extra spaces. Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive.
Account locked after multiple attempts	Wait 15 minutes and try again. If the issue persists, contact Rev One support.
Login page does not load	Check your internet connection. Try a different browser. Clear browser cache and cookies. Disable VPN if active.
"Session expired" error	Log in again. This occurs after a period of inactivity.
Two-factor authentication issues	Ensure your device time is synchronized. If using an authenticator app, verify the time is correct. Contact support if locked out.

Chart Problems:

Issue	Solution
Chart not loading / blank chart	Refresh the browser page (F5 or Ctrl+R). Check your internet connection. Try a different browser. Clear browser cache.
Chart data missing or gaps	Ensure you are connected to the data feed (check the connection indicator). Select a valid instrument. Some instruments may have limited historical data.
Chart is frozen or not updating	Refresh the page. Check the connection status indicator. Ensure JavaScript is enabled.
Indicators not displaying	Remove and re-add the indicator. Ensure the indicator is compatible with the selected chart type. Check indicator parameters.
Slow chart rendering	Reduce the number of indicators. Close unnecessary chart panels. Use a modern browser with hardware acceleration enabled.

Order Problems:

Issue	Solution
"Order rejected"	Check the rejection reason (displayed in the notification). Common reasons: exceeding lot limits, insufficient margin, market closed, drawdown proximity. See the dedicated "Why Are My Orders Being Rejected?" article.
Order not executing	For pending orders, verify the price has actually been reached. Check the order type is correct (limit vs. stop). Ensure the market is open.
Cannot modify an order	Ensure the order is still pending (not already executed or canceled). Try refreshing the page.
Wrong lot size	Double-check the volume field before placing. If one-click trading is enabled, verify the default volume is correct.
SL or TP not triggering	In fast-moving markets, the actual execution price may differ slightly from the set price (slippage in the simulated environment). Verify the SL/TP was properly set by checking the position details.

Performance Problems:

Issue	Solution
Platform is slow	Close unused tabs and applications. Reduce the number of open charts and indicators. Clear browser cache. Use Chrome or Firefox for best performance.
High CPU/memory usage	Reduce multi-chart layouts. Remove unnecessary indicators. Close DOM if not needed. Ensure hardware acceleration is enabled in browser settings.
Data feed lag	Check your internet speed (minimum 10 Mbps recommended). If on Wi-Fi, try a wired connection. Close bandwidth-heavy applications (streaming, downloads).

General Tips:

Always use the latest version of your browser
Clear browser cache periodically
Disable browser extensions that might interfere with the platform (ad blockers, script blockers)
Ensure a stable internet connection (wired preferred over Wi-Fi)
If an issue persists, try accessing A-Trader in an incognito/private browsing window to rule out extension conflicts
